Who can see your record
Private by default. Owner controlled.
Nothing inside your record is opened unless you choose it. Every setting explains what becomes visible before you change it, and access you give can be reviewed and withdrawn.

Score visibility
Share your RR Score without exposing the record behind it. Public, private or specific people.

Live QR disclosure
Choose what your RR Live code confirms: verified status only, your RR Score, a link to your record, or both. You never need to replace your code after changing this.

Record access and permissions
Reports, evidence, disputes and timeline stay private by default, separate from your score. Choose whether people can share, export, open or download evidence.

Controlled contact
Let eligible people send a purpose-led Contact Request without ever seeing your email, phone number or an open message channel. By default, a verified follower must follow your record for four weeks first, and nobody can pay to skip that.
Your verified selfie, name, RR Number and verification status stay visible in search so people can find the right record. The controls protect the score and everything inside the record.
Assurances
A signed promise to let someone see your reputation.
An Assurance lets someone see your RR Score, your record or both for an agreed length of time. For example, a tenant can give their landlord an Assurance for a 12-month lease.
Nothing starts until it’s accepted
The terms, reasons, conditions and dates are set out. The other person accepts or declines, and both of you sign.
Live or snapshot
Live shows reputation as it changes. Snapshot is a fixed copy from the day it was signed.
It can’t just be taken back
It ends on the agreed date. Ending it early needs RRSource’s approval, and both sides are told first.
The agreement is kept
The exact signed terms are saved unchanged and can be opened at any time.

RRSource closes accounts rather than deleting them. Closure is reviewed, turns off sign-in and makes your account and disclosures private. Your RR Number, record, reports, evidence and audit history are kept.
